Touchstone Therapy Center is seeking licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our growing, multidisciplinary team. We primarily serve children and adolescents and are deeply committed to strengths-based, affirming, and developmentally informed care.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work with a diverse pediatric caseload, including children with:

• Sensory processing differences
• Emotional regulation challenges
• Developmental delays
• Neurodivergent profiles (ADHD, Autism, etc.)
• Visual-motor and fine motor deficits
• Related functional concerns

Sessions are play-based, relationship-driven, and individualized. Not cookie-cutter therapy.

Scheduling That Respects Real Life

• After-school availability is needed in addition to daytime availability 
• Caseload size is clinician-directed

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
• Pediatric experience required
• Comfortable working after school hours in addition to daytime hours
• Values collaboration, flexibility, and affirming care
• Motivated, curious, and growth-oriented
