Touchstone Therapy Center is seeking licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our growing, multidisciplinary team. We primarily serve children and adolescents and are deeply committed to strengths-based, affirming, and developmentally informed care.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work with a diverse pediatric caseload, including children with:
- Sensory processing differences
- Emotional regulation challenges
- Developmental delays
- Neurodivergent profiles (ADHD, Autism, etc.)
- Visual-motor and fine motor deficits
- Related functional concerns
Sessions are play-based, relationship-driven, and individualized. Not cookie-cutter therapy.
Scheduling That Respects Real Life
- After-school availability is needed in addition to daytime availability
- Caseload size is clinician-directed
- Flexible scheduling options

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
- Pediatric experience required
- Comfortable working after school hours in addition to daytime hours
- Values collaboration, flexibility, and affirming care
- Motivated, curious, and growth-oriented
