This full-time outpatient Pediatric role offers a stable, mission-aligned setting, with a flexible schedule and no inpatient responsibilities. You'll be part of a growing team committed to comprehensive care in a supportive, well-resourced clinic environment.

Practice Overview

• You'll join a team of 3 Pediatricians and 3 advanced practice providers
• 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient or hospital call; hospital care covered by pediatric hospitalists
• Services include well-child visits, chronic care, sick visits, newborn care, and vaccinations
• Modern facilities with exam rooms, support staff, and EPIC EMR across 20 locations

Schedule

• Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek available
• No inpatient or delivery coverage
• Light outpatient call rotation shared across Pediatric and Adult Primary Care teams
• Average 3 patients per hour once ramped up

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn a competitive base salary of $260,000-$288,000 (based on experience), with additional income potential though quality bonuses
• Full suite of benefits begins after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match
• 4 weeks PTO, 6 sick days, 10 holidays, and 3 CME days with CME allowance
• Eligible for federal and state loan repayment; FQHC with HPSA score of 18

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
• Committed to outpatient pediatric care in a team-based model
• Comfortable managing well-child visits, acute illnesses, and chronic pediatric conditions
• Eligible for California licensure
