You've built specialized skills in caring for children with developmental and behavioral needs-now it's time to practice in a setting designed to support that work. This Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics role offers an outpatient-focused model with schedule autonomy and strong pediatric subspecialty referral streams. Practice Overview
- You'll join a pediatric specialty environment with established clinical support and room to grow the service line
- Outpatient evaluation and longitudinal management for ADHD, autism, developmental delay, learning concerns, mood/regulatory disorders, and related presentations
- Team support includes dedicated MA coverage and access to multidisciplinary pediatric clinics for coordinated care
- EMR is Cerner, with a Cerner-integrated AI documentation tool currently used in outpatient clinics
Schedule
- 40-hour work week with a balanced structure: 4 clinic days and 1 administrative day
- You'll build your own clinic template to match your pace and clinical interests
- Primarily outpatient care with a consistent follow-up model and initial evaluation slots
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at fair market value
- $15,000 sign-on bonus plus RVU-based production incentives
- Occurrence-based malpractice, 20 days PTO, and CME: 5 days + $5,000 annually
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000, retirement match program, medical/dental/vision, and disability coverage
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in your specialty, with Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics certification through the American Board of Pediatrics
- Fellowship-trained candidates encouraged; fellows considered
- Comfort managing a broad range of developmental, behavioral, learning, and mental health concerns in children and adolescents
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
