The Department of Pediatrics at Cohen Children’s Medical Center is seeking a full-time Pediatric Endocrinologist to diagnose and manage a variety of pediatric endocrine disorders in children from infancy to young adulthood. This role requires the physician to work at the 1991 Marcus Avenue, New Hyde Park location while collaborating with a dedicated team of specialists in an academic medical setting. The candidate will benefit from a supportive environment that emphasizes scholarly activities, teaching, and research within the largest pediatric teaching hospital in New York State.
The Department of Pediatrics at the Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children’s Medical Center (CCMC) and The Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell is seeking a full time, board certified/board eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our dedicated team of physicians to diagnose, manage and care for a variety of pediatric endocrine disorders in children ranging in age from infancy to young adulthood. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively within a team of practitioners at our flagship practice located at 1991 Marcus Ave in New Hyde Park, Long Island, NY.
The Division of Pediatric Endocrinology is part of an academic institution that includes physicians in all pediatric subspecialties as well as pediatric surgeons, anesthesiologists, and radiologists. The Division of Pediatric Endocrinology is ranked #29 in the country and #2 in New York State by the US News & World Report. Our team consists of 15 board-certified pediatric endocrinologists, 4 endocrine fellows, physician assistant, nurse practitioners, certified diabetes educators, experienced endocrine nurses, social worker, and two registered dieticians. The Department of Pediatrics has a fully accredited and independent residency program and encourages participation in scholarly activities including teaching, clinical research and/or quality improvement.
